Instructions:

Beat eggs with a little salt and 1 tbsp. water. From the amount, bake four pancakes in hot oil. For the filling, mix the meat with the spices, very finely chopped onions, 2 tsp. flour and a few drops of water. Spread it on the pancakes and roll them up. Glue the upper edge with a little bit of egg or possibly flour and bake the rolls in oil until done.

Tip: Stock up on high-quality spices – it pays off!
