Instructions:

For tofu with vegetables, sauté diced onion, garlic and ginger in olive oil.

Dice the tofu and fry it. Add the carrots cut into half slices and fry. Then stir in the rest of the chopped vegetables, depending on the length of the cooking time. Deglaze with a little water and cook on low heat.

After about 15 minutes, stir in the soy sauce, tomato paste and remaining spices.

Let the tofu with vegetables stand for another 5 minutes and serve.
