For the cabbage fritters, first cut the cleaned cabbage into small squares. Peel and dice the onion.

Cook the fritters in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

Heat the oil and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the cabbage, season and pour in the clear soup. Cover and simmer at low temperature for about 15-20 minutes. Add the meatballs and mix well.

Garnish the cabbage fritters with cress and serve immediately.
