Chop the onions coarsely and fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add beer, paradeis pulp, paradeis, salt, Tabasco and chili spice. Mash the tomatoes with a wooden spoon. Cook for 25-35 min at low temperature and add seasoning. You can also add up to 3 tsp of chili spice.
The chili spice is mild – you should use too much rather than too little. The chili flavor should dominate! Now pour the kidney beans and the hominy into a sieve and rinse thoroughly (very important!). Together in the stew form and make everything together repeatedly 10- 20 min. very light.
