Instructions:

Cook potatoes, carrots and apple in juice (I) for 15 min, then mash together with eggs.

Boil juice (Ii), add millet, make 3 min. Mix with the porridge (see above).

Divide into six portions, freeze (can be kept for 4-6 weeks).

Our tip: use young, tender carrots!
