For the tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella balls and anchovies, slice meat tomatoes and place them in a circle on each flat plate.
Spread a little olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic on top. Place 6 pieces of buffalo mozzarella balls on each of the tomatoes and 1 piece of anchovies on top.
Garnish with capers, basil leaves and a small sprig of dill. Finally, add some coarse sea salt and ground black pepper to the edge of the plate.
