For Toast Hawaii, preheat the oven to 200 °C (convection oven 180 °C).
Wash and dice celery very finely, mix with mayonnaise, cream cheese and curry powder, season with salt and pepper.
Toast slices of toast, let cool, spread with the celery cream. Place ham slices on top, followed by properly drained pineapple slices. Place the cheese on top and bake in a hot oven for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
Serve Toast Hawaii with a candied cherry, if desired.
