Instructions:

Finely chop garlic and ginger and sauté lightly in coconut oil. Add lentils and curry powder and fry briefly.

Pour in water and cook for about 15 minutes until the lentils are soft. Remove from heat. Puree according to taste – either very fine or chunkier.

Stir in salt, yogurt, cilantro, lime juice and finely grated lime zest.
