Instructions:

For the Christmas sugar grind all the spices in a mortar or blender.

When the ingredients are ground, add directly to the sugar. Scrape out the vanilla pulp and add to the sugar. Add the peel as well.

Mix everything well and store tightly and dry. Let the Christmas sugar stand for a few days.
