For the sweet focaccia with grapes, first prepare the dough (possibly the night before).
Preheat the oven to 220 °C (it is best to use a pizza stone).
Wash the grapes, pluck them from the stems and dry them.
Shape (pull) the focaccia dough into a rectangle. Place some grapes on one half of the dough. Sprinkle half of the sugar and the cinnamon on top and place the second half of the dough on top. Let rest for about 10-20 minutes.
Place on the pizza stone and press the dough into a circle. Place the remaining grapes on top and press them in a little. Sprinkle the remaining sugar on top, drizzle olive oil over the top and place in the oven for about 30 minutes.
The sweet focaccia with grapes is ready when the base is no longer moist.
