Instructions:

For the stuffed gingerbread dumplings, knead all the ingredients into a dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut out round shapes.

For the filling, mix Powidl with almonds and rum (orange juice) until smooth. Put some powidl in the center of each gingerbread circle. Place the 2nd circle on top and press down.

Brush with yolk and bake at 160 °C hot air for about 5-7 minutes. For the chocolate glaze, melt chocolate with butter.

Dip half of the filled gingerbread cookies in chocolate glaze and let dry.
