For minced meat with cabbage sprouts and caraway potatoes, peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Clean and wash the cabbage sprouts.
Boil water with salt and caraway seeds, add potato cubes and cook until soft. Peel onion and garlic, remove seeds from chili, chop everything.
Heat chili oil, lightly roast onion and garlic, add minced meat and roast until crumbly, add remaining ingredients and let steam with cabbage sprouts until sprouts are soft.
Serve with the caraway potatoes.
