Clean and chop the peppers and tomatoes. Peel onion and garlic, cut into cubes. Drain the hominy, bean pods and kidney beans well.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté onion and garlic, add remaining ingredients. Season well, stirring occasionally, cook for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the potato or French fries on the stove.

Sprinkle with parsley and bring to the table.
