For the Christmas waffles with maple syrup, first sift flour and baking powder into a large enough bowl. Add sugar, spices and salt and mix thoroughly.
Mix eggs, oil, milk, molasses, maple syrup and vanilla pulp and empty into dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
Heat waffle iron according to instructions and grease with oil if necessary. Pour in batter and close waffle iron. Bake according to desired crispness.
Put a stick of butter on each waffle, drizzle maple syrup on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve Christmas waffles with maple syrup immediately.
