Coarsely chop the white cabbage and bring to the boil briefly in salted water, drain. Chop the rolls and soak them in the milk. Mix the minced meat with the chopped onions, the diced bacon, the soaked buns, salt and pepper and then mix with the cabbage. Grease a gratin dish and pour in the quantity. Cover with butter flakes.

Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 100 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
