Mix onions, ground beef, cucumbers, mushrooms and egg yolks well and season with iodized salt and ground pepper and refine with herbs. Spread 2 slices of mixed rye bread with 1 tsp of hot mustard, spread the mince mixture evenly on top and spread evenly. Heat a frying pan, add a little clarified butter and place the bread with the minced mixture facing downwards. Fry until short and crispy and remove. Cover the meat side with 1 tomato (in slices), Emmentaler (in slices) and bake quickly in the hot oven.
-colored caviar bread- 1 slice of ham bread 5 g half-fat butter
1 small unit of lettuce 30 g caviar
1 raw egg yolk
1 red onion
Spread ham bread with half-fat butter.
Clean and rinse 1 small unit of Vogerlsalat and place on bread in a fan shape. Arrange caviar on top of lettuce. Place egg yolks in shell inside caviar.
Peel 1 red onion and cut into wedges.
Garnish the bread with the onion wedges.

2 slices of raw Holstein ham a quarter of cucumber
1 egg
1/2 bunch of radishes 2 tbsp. remoulade sauce
1 tbsp fresh cress
Spread whole wheat bread thinly with a tiny bit of butter.
Top with 2 slices of raw Holstein ham.
Peel a quarter of cucumber and slice with 1 egg (hard boiled). Clean 1/2 bunch of radishes, rinse and also cut into slices.
