Instructions:

Sauté the spices in the hot oil over medium heat for about one minute. Divide the cauliflower into roses and sauté for about five minutes. Dice the melanzane, zucchini and peppers, add them with sea salt and vegetable soup to the cauliflower form and continue steaming for about ten minutes.

Finally, add the peas and sprinkle the dish with coconut.
