Instructions:

For the apple bread, mix all ingredients (except flour and baking powder) and let sit for 2 hours. Mix flour with baking powder and knead in.

Pour into a baking pan or form several small rolls. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 °C for about 60 minutes (if several small rolls – otherwise longer).
