For the Raffaello, melt the chocolate. Cream soft butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix in the soft chocolate, coconut, orange juice and rum, knead the mixture well and chill for about 30 minutes.

Form small balls from the mixture, rolling an almond into each one. Roll the balls in coconut and serve the Raffaello.
