For the puff pastry buns with mince, finely chop the onion. Mix the minced meat with the onion, the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Roll out the puff pastry and spread with the filling. Roll up from the wide side and cut into 2 cm thick slices.
Place the puff pastry snails with minced meat on a baking sheet, brush the edge with beaten egg and bake at 180°C hot air for about 20 minutes.
