A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Rinse cooled strawberries, drain and dry. Remove the blossom. Set strawberries aside with lid closed. Soak gelatin in cold water. Stir curd, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff. Melt gelatin in a saucepan over low heat until dripping wet. Remove from heat and whisk the curd mixture into the gelatin, one tablespoon at a time. Fold in the whipped cream and set the cream in the refrigerator. Stir again until smooth, pour into a cake syringe or piping bag] with a large hole nozzle and pipe into the cupcakes. Place strawberries on top. Warm the strawberry jelly and coat the strawberries with it.
