Instructions:

Preheat oven in time to 190 degrees (convection oven: 170 degrees).

Cook potatoes in their skins for about 25 minutes, cool a little, peel, mash to a pulp, steam.

Season milk with salt and pepper – stir into potatoes with cheese, cream cheese and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Grease the cavities of the baking pan and fill them evenly with the potato mixture.

Bake in the heated oven at 190 °C for about 40-45 minutes until golden brown.

Put a knob of butter on the hot muffins as you like.
