Roll out the yeast dough and place on a greased baking tray. Squeeze the peeled potatoes as hot as possible, mix with the other ingredients to a paste and spread on the dough. Mix the above mentioned glaze and spread it evenly on the mashed potatoes. Finally sprinkle with grams or caraway seeds.
Baking time: approx. 20 min. at approx. 200 °C .
Grate the potatoes onto the yeast dough and pour the glaze over them.
Tip: As an alternative to fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried ones.
