Liquefy coffee in a cup with a little orange juice. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until creamy, add the coffee and orange juice gradually and add the vanilla and cinnamon powder. Heat this cream in a bain-marie, stirring continuously until it thickens.

Then cool the cream in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Carefully fold in the whipped cream. Fill the mousse into bowls and decorate to taste.
