For the poppy seed croissants, knead everything together into a dough and refrigerate wrapped in foil (up to 12 hours).

Form small croissants, place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 9-10 minutes with hot air.

Remove the poppy seed crescents and sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot.
