Instructions:

Sauté onion and plums in butter over medium heat.

Add thyme with bay leaf, cinnamon, sugar and red wine to the plums. Season with cayenne pepper and salt and boil over medium heat for about 10 minutes to make a chutney.

Pour into glasses while still hot and seal tightly or serve immediately.
