A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Put flour in a suitable bowl, press out a bulge in it. Roll in yeast, sprinkle with sugar and stir with 3 tbsp. lukewarm milk.
Let the dampfl rise for 20 minutes.
Add remaining milk, sugar, margarine flakes and eggs to the flour. Knead everything well together so that the dough becomes loose.
When it comes off the bottom of the bowl, let it rise again for about 20-half hours, until the volume of the dough is about doubled.
Roll out the dough evenly on the well-greased baking sheet and cover it thickly with plums.
Bake the cake in the heated oven for about 20-30 minutes at 190 °C convection oven. As soon as it comes out of the oven, sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
