Rinse, peel, gut and make crabs. Then cut into 6-8 pieces, each according to size.

Mix the flour with turmeric and add the chopped onion, garlic powder, mint and eggs and mix well. If the dough is too thick, add a little warm milk, yogurt or buttermiclh.

Then mix the crab pieces into the batter and season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry a spoonful of the mixture at a time until golden brown.

Tip: Use a regular or light yogurt, yes, as needed!
