Drain pearl onions well and chop finely. Remove the fillets from the herrings and cut into 1/2 cm strips. Dill wash, dab dry and finely chop.In a bowl, mix crème fraîche until smooth. Stir in the herring pieces, onions and dill and season with mustard, salt and pepper.Cook the croissant noodles in plenty of salted water until al dente. Strain and rinse with cold water. Stir in the herring spread. Serve with green salad.
