For the oatmeal fritters, bring beef broth to a boil in a saucepan. Add oatmeal. Cook for about 15 minutes to a thick porridge. Stir again and again. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse parsley and chives, pat dry.

Peel onion. Clean mushrooms. Chop everything and stir into the oatmeal with the flour. Allow to cool. Form flat patties with moistened hands.

Heat butter in a frying pan. Fry the oatmeal patties until golden brown on each side. Then drain briefly on paper towels, arrange and serve.
