For the nougat hearts, knead together a dough from flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and nougat. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest in a cool place for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough about 3 mm and cut out hearts, place on a coated baking tray and bake at 200 °C in a preheated oven. When cooled, always put 2 hearts together with jam.
Heat chocolate glaze and draw chocolate strips over the hearts with a fork, place chocolate hearts on top.
