For the Mini Dumplings with Eggnog Praline Filling, bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Mix the low-fat curd, oat flakes, vanilla sugar and eggnog with a hand mixer and add a dash of milk until a patzig dough is formed.
Wash the strawberries for the filling and cut them into 1×1 cm pieces. Wet your hands and divide the dough into eight equal pieces. Moisten hands again and flatten the dough in your hand.
Put eggnog chocolates in one half of the dumplings and strawberry pieces in the other half. Using circular motions, shape the dough into small dumplings and place in boiling water.
When the dumplings rise, they are done. Spread 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder on a flat plate and roll the small dumplings in it. Arrange four mini dumplings each with eggnog praline filling with a strawberry and some eggnog.
