Soak long-grain rice in 150 ml boiling salted water for 12-15 min. Clean the pointed cabbage, rinse and cut into strips. Clean and rinse sugar snap peas and spring onions. Cut spring onions into rings.
Toast sesame seeds in a wok or large frying pan until golden brown, remove. Heat 1 tsp oil in wok. Roast minced meat in it until coarsely crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Remove.
Heat 1 tsp oil in the frying fat. Stir-fry pointed cabbage, sugar snap peas and spring onions in portions for 5-7 min. Add minced meat one more time. Add Asian sauce and 2 tbsp. water and simmer briefly. Season with soy sauce, maybe salt and sambal and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with long grain rice.
