Prepare a roux with butter and flour, add the lightly salted boiled milk and mix quickly with a whisk. Bring to the boil, add salt if necessary and pass the soup through a sieve. Thicken with sweet whipped cream and egg yolk and serve.
The baked soup is served separately.
To prepare the dough, whip the egg whites to a firm froth, add the egg yolks, flour, grated cheese, salt and mix like a biscuit dough. On a greased floured baking sheet, the dough is baked as a plate. Depending on the mood, the plate is cut and added to the soup.
