Instructions:

Cook cleaned meat with ham, peeled bay spice, onions, peppercorns and cloves in salted water until half cooked. Clean the vegetables, cut them into strips, steam them in fat with a little water until soft and mix them with vinegar, paradeis pulp, sugar and a little salt.

Remove the meat and ham from the soup and cut them into small cubes. Strain the soup and pour it over the steamed vegetables. When it starts to make, add meat and ham cubes and cook until done. Add 1-2 tbsp sour cream to each soup plate.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
