Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain and cool.

Clean arugula, rinse and pluck into small pieces. Rinse tomatoes and cut in half. Mix vinegar, mustard, 2 tbsp salt, pepper, water and sugar. Whisk in 4-5 tbsp oil. Rinse cress, cut from the bed and fold in. Mix salad ingredients and dressing.

Season again.

Dry steaks. Fry in 1 tbsp hot oil for 2-3 minutes per side.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lettuce.
