Clean radicchio, rinse, drain well, cut into 11/2 cm wide strips. Peel and fillet the orange. Halve bell bell pepper, remove seeds and dividers, cut into fine strips, slice onion. Drain corn kernels in a sieve.

Mix yogurt, mayo and orange juice. Place radicchio leaves on serving plates, evenly distribute all other salad ingredients on top, drizzle with vinaigrette.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
