Instructions:

For the kiwi rose jam, combine all ingredients (except rose petals), bring to a boil while stirring and blend with a blender.

Boil for 5-7 minutes until simmering, check for jelly and stir in the rose petals.

Then immediately pour into prepared jars, drip a few drops of alcohol over them with the help of a pipette, light and seal immediately.
