Instructions:

Mix the eggs with cream. Pour into a coated frying pan and drag over low heat, stirring throughout, until eggs are fluffy. Season generously with salt and freshly ground pepper. Stir in chives and salmon and bring to table on the spot.

Toasted pigtail goes well with this.

Variations: You can substitute ham for the salmon. Caviar is also delicious. In this case, omit the salmon and chives.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
