For the hash noodles, cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until al dente and strain. Chop 1 small onion. Chop the minced roast or minced meat loaf as well.

Heat some clarified butter in a frying pan and brown the onion and meat a little. Add pasta and season with salt, pepper, herb salt.

If there is still some sauce left, just add it to the noodles shortly before serving.
