Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
-parted, in strips -fine diced ewuerfelt -cleaned + + halved rt.
Heat half of the oil, season the meat with pepper and fry for 2 min. Keep warm. At a moderate temperature, brown the drippings in the frying pan. Carefully pour the brandy and flambé. Pour the liquid over the meat and keep warm with the lid closed. Roast the shallots in the remaining oil until light brown. Add the mushrooms and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes until soft. Add the meat with the clear soup and cook for about 5 minutes, then add the sour cream, mustard and gherkin. Simmer briefly, add seasoning and stir in the parsley. To serve, spread evenly on butter noodles, sprinkled with poppy seeds beforehand.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 225 degrees Celsius.
