Coarsely grate zucchini and sauté in butter. Add flour and sweat. Add clear soup, white wine and let it boil. Coarsely grate Gouda and fold in processed cheese, let it melt. Chop chives and dill and add to soup.

Season heartily with pepper, nutmeg, salt!

Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
