Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 150 °C convection oven.

Prepare a bowl for the pizza dough and mix well the curd cheese, grated cheese and eggs. Season with a little oregano and pepper.

Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and pre-bake for 15-18 minutes. In the meantime, slice the mozzarella.

Remove the pre-baked dough from the oven, brush with bell pepper sauce and spread the mozzarella slices on top. Bake for another 5 minutes until the desired doneness is reached.

Wash and sort the arugula.

At the end of the cooking time, top the pizza with arugula and drizzle with a little olive oil.
