Rinse apples, remove peel and cut out core with an apple corer. Cut apples into 1 cm slices. Mix orange juice and orange liqueur and pour over apple slices.
Separate the eggs. Whip egg whites until stiff. Mix egg yolks with oil, flour, wine and a little salt. Add the beaten egg whites.
Fry the apple rings in the batter for about 3 minutes on each side at 170° Celsius until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel and dust with fine sugar. Serve with vanilla sauce.
