The bread (crackers) is cut into small pieces and mixed with the milk to form a paste. Then add the goat cheese, olive oil, garlic cloves, chili peppers and egg yolks. Mix everything together and add salt, pepper and onion to taste.

This sauce is served over boiled potatoes, with boiled eggs and olives over a leaf of green salad, for example, as an entrée.
