Instructions:

For the cream slices, first prick the puff pastry often and then bake according to package instructions.

For the sponge cake, separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff, stir in the yolks and finally fold in the flour and cocoa. Spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for approx. 10 minutes.

For the first cream, first whisk Qimiq until smooth, then whip the cream until stiff and mix everything with the powdered sugar.

For the second cream, also whip the cream.

Then wash and chop the strawberries.

Now the cream slices are layered: First comes the puff pastry, then the vanilla cream, on top comes the sponge cake and over it the top cream. Spread the strawberries on top of the cream and cover the whole thing with the second puff pastry sheet.

Then the top puff pastry is spread with jam.

For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar, water and lemon juice well and spread on the jam. Let this dry a bit and then cut the cream slices into pieces with a sharp knife.
