Instructions:

Stir the wine in a baking bowl with the egg yolks and 150g sugar. Place the baking bowl in the hot water bath and continue to stir until a thick foam is formed. Now remove the baking bowl from the water bath and meanwhile continue stirring the cream until it cools down. Leave the cream to cool for at least 2 hours. Now whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cream with the remaining sugar.
