For the cookies, beat the butter with the sugar until thick and fold in the egg, add the vanilla extract, quickly stir in the flour mixed with baking powder and salt. Then fold in the walnuts and chocolate drops.
Place with a teaspoon about 7 cm apart on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the heated oven for about 10 to 12 minutes at 190 degrees, let cool slightly before removing the cookies from the baking sheet. Makes about 35 cookies.
