For the chili con carne, first sauté the finely chopped onions in oil until translucent.
Add the crushed garlic cloves, the finely chopped peppers and the very finely chopped chili bell pepper and sauté.
After a while add the minced meat. Add salt and pepper and sauté until the mince is cooked through.
Add the beans, corn and tomato sauce. Season with savory, oregano and tarragon and simmer slowly. The chili con carne tastes even better reheated.
