For the carrot bread, prepare a yeast dough from flour, yeast, salt and water.
Grate the carrots and knead into the dough with the coriander. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes and then knead again.
Grease a mold with butter and dust with oatmeal. Pour in the dough.
Bake the carrot bread at 200° (gas mark 3-4) for 1 hour.
